Kyle A. Warrington

CPA, CA, CFF

 

Kyle has more than 10 years of experience in loss quantification, including catastrophic events and litigation support. Since October 2006 Kyle has focused on providing investigative accounting services to the commercial property insurance industry. Kyle is a former partner at a national investigative accounting firm, where he honed his skills in business interruption, extra expense/increased costs, inventory and property damage claims. He has worked and reported on claims through adjusters and directly with claims examiners for various national and local insurance providers.

 

Kyle’s past experience, and present, also includes investigative and forensic work for several large Canadian individual disability insurance carriers as well as working in accounting, audit and tax in both a medium-sized firm and a sole proprietorship. Kyle has made multiple presentations on business interruption to both insurers and brokers.

Kyle is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) and holds the CFF designation from the AICPA, which is granted exclusively to CPA’s who demonstrate specialized expertise in forensic accounting. He received his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario and his Diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Len F. Warrington

CPA, CA, CFE

 

Len has more than 20 years of experience in loss quantification and investigation in the personal disability insurance sector. He formed an association with RK Haddad Forensic Investigations Inc. in August 1996 and has since changed the name of the company to Haddad, Warrington & Associates Inc. Len specializes in providing consulting and investigative accounting services to several large Canadian individual and affinity disability insurance companies.

 

In addition to the consulting services provided, Len has testified in the Quebec Superior Court for a national disability insurance carrier. Len has also created and made multiple presentations on the financial aspects of individual disability claims and provided input to in-house counsel on policy wording.

 

Len also continues to provide public accounting, audit and tax services as a sole proprietor (formerly as the managing partner in a medium-sized firm).

 

Len is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) and holds the CFE designation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, whose members specialize in the detection, prevention, investigation and deterrence of fraud. He received his Honors Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
